As a result of counseling people often find they are better able to understand themselves, improve their confidence, experience more satisfying relationships, and are more resilient when challenges occur.
I believe that therapy allows a safe place to connect with your own thoughts, feelings and emotions to identify changes that will be meaningful for you and your family. I utilized evidenced based approaches such as cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and mindfulness to give you the tools to be successful in your healing journey.
